NexTasker captures highly precise location metadata (Latitude/Longitude), device identifiers, and photographic evidence submitted by employees during shift check-ins and task completions. This data is strictly utilized for Location-Based Access Control (LBAC) and operational auditing.

2. Data Sovereignty & Storage

All geolocation and operational data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and stored within globally distributed secure clusters. Regional Managers only have access to data generated within their strict organizational purview. Zero-trust architecture ensures data isolation.

3. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell or distribute employee tracking data to third-party data brokers. Data is solely provided to the client organization (the employer) to facilitate workforce management and compliance auditing.

4. Your Rights

Under applicable data privacy frameworks (including GDPR and CCPA), employees have the right to request audit logs of their location submissions through their corporate system administrators. NexTasker acts as a data processor on behalf of the employer (the data controller).
