1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the NexTasker Global Systems orchestration engine, you agree to comply with these strictly enforced Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you are denied access to the platform.
2. Platform Usage & Restrictions
NexTasker provides infrastructure for workforce monitoring and operational auditing. You agree not to attempt to spoof GPS location data, manipulate photographic evidence payloads, or attempt unauthorized privilege escalation within the multi-tenant architecture.
3. Service Availability
We strive for 99.99% uptime for our core task validation APIs. However, NexTasker is not liable for operational delays caused by GPS signal degradation on employee devices, local cellular network outages, or catastrophic infrastructure failures outside of our reasonable control.
4. Termination
We reserve the right to instantly terminate or suspend access to any Regional Manager, Employee, or Master Admin account that violates our security protocols or engages in automated API abuse (e.g., unauthorized bulk scraping of shift histories).
